Employment bond and dishonor of cheque case

I joined a company and leave it within 20 days due to improper behavior and strict timing. i signed a bond and gave then a cheque amounting 120,000. I needed to work for 1.5 years which was not possible in that situation hence i quit. The company send me a notice which i replied earlier and now after 6 months a summon against me. Can this type of cases are hurdles in getting a public sector jobs

Since it is a civil recovery suits being filed against you and 138 case .. it does not have any bearing on your joining public sector jobs .. make sure this cheque things do not escalate beyond limits otherwise it may ruin you at the job if the things are not handled efficiently and with profound legal equipments.
