30-Sep-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
I'm working in a company and signed a bond of 1.5 yrs. Now I'm facing some serious health issues, don't want to continue the job. Do I need to pay the penalty for breaking the contract.

hi
if your resigning your job for health reasons, your employer cannot levy any penalty. so please enclose a medical certificate from a reputed hospital or government doctor along with your resignation letter

Yes! but your company can release you from contractual obligation depending on your Health condition, if you can conveyed them properly about your issue.
The most important is the contents of the bond you have signed and then only one can give you proper advise.
