Breach of Contract legal notice sent by my previous employer
31-Jul-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
I have received a legal notice from my previous employer for joining a client. As per the employment contract, I had signed a Confidentiality clause during my joining that forbids me to join an existing client. However I resigned and got a job opportunity from the client and have joined as a full time employee. Now my pervious employer is harassing me by sending me a legal notice for the breach of contract. Please let me know how to I deal with this issue.
hi,
it is totally legal to join the computation company and work and your previous employer cannot question the same on any ground, since he has sent you a legal notice it is highly recommended to send them a reply notice at the earliest.
