Wife's rights over husband's salary expenditure

My Hindu husband spends most of his salary on his family and relatives though we have 45 lac loan liability. He believes he is obliged to look after his family though his mother earns pension and his brother is earning well. Is there anything I can do to stop him legally?

There is no such legal provision for your option however I suggest that both you and your husband should go for a counselling session to resolve this dispute, as he also has equal liability towards you.
