What should I do if I am unable to pay my loan and credit cards bill

Dear sir i have 5 credit card of diff bank and also have two small business loan upto 1.5 lakh and 3 lakh.. After some time my business is going in loss and i am unable pay..so what do i..these time becoz recovery agent also troubled me
