SBI cards payment issue receiving call from recovery agents

Hi I am using a sbi card and from last 2 months I was not able to pay the outstanding amount and now the outstanding with interest is so much I want a settlement from sbi but recovery team is harassing me by call my friends and family they are coming to my home without any information and asking me for money right away I will not be able to pay complete amount as I am not working anywhere now and if I will work I will get a job with salary of 20000 and in 20000 I will not be able to pay the complete amount as I have to take care of my family and save something for me for months expenditures bank is not understanding my situation and call me and harassing me from a very long time

You shall file a complaint with the bank and send a legal notice regarding the same. In the meanwhile, you can request the bank for some relaxation but for that you shall have to present you case well.
