Regarding Credit Card Payments
14-Oct-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
Unable to pay credit card bills (4 more Banks). DUE TO loss of job. Now Paying Home Loan EMI only.
Now, I not able to make Full Settlement for all Bank's. If they give more time, I will pay the Amount. Every month INTEREST amount is added in bills.
How to solve the issue.
You have to meet the card issuing bank officials personally and explain your current financial status. Showing your genuine intention to repay the card dues, you have to ask for time. Alternatively, you may opt for one-time settlement. Don't go through any middleman. Direct approach is the best way.
