Hi,
My Cibil is report bad because of my divorced husband.
He has take some loans and not paying yet.
We are separated and divorced already.
Kindly suggest.
you need to file a representation correcting your CIBIL and if then also it is not done then you need to file a civil suit agains them seeking the courts direction for getting the cibil report corrected as they cannot do this or create your CIBIL report based on someone's default be it your husband.
