Money lendering.. Paid much more than amount

i took money on interest from a money but i already paid much more interest than actual amount.. and now i m not able to pay the interest as well the amount i took... the lender have my signed cheque and signed stamp.. ..
Hi you should send the lender a legal notice asking them to refrain from using illegal methods and mention that you shall not be paying any more interest or money.
