Legal remedy as bank send legal notice for credit card bill payment

I was using credit card from Feb 2015, in June 2017 I have blocked my card because I got call that someone tried to use my card details. Later they asked to pay bill for another card number 2 months I paid. I demanded for my card then only I will pay. BUt september 2017 they deducted 38.9k from my account without any intimation. I checked in Bank they didnot respond properly, i sent lawyer notice but they didnot repond properly. I tried through phone, emails, social media. Now they sent lawyer notice to pay 69K. Please advice me what should I do?
1. After seeing your legal notice they should have credited your money back to your account. Instead of crediting the money back to your account they sent reply notice to you. So, they did not value your legal notice contents.
2. Before suggesting any step, you may share me the legal notice which you sent.
