How to get grace time from bank if not able to repay back loan

I borrowed a loan from axis bank with 3.5 lakh .. till this may i paid emi in regular. But unfortunately I lost my job on june so june and july I didn’t paid emi ..then I managed and pay one emi on 21 july ... after tgat they marked negative balance for two emi which i have one pending... then aug 5th I received money in my account they took that balance of two emi.totally i paid 3 emi for 2emi now they are calling me to pay aug emi.even though i paid 3 emi.in between this the collection agent came from bank speaks bad family so my mom ate poison and we were in hospital. What shall I do?
