Can the proprietor of the firm give mandate to his father to operate the cash credit (working capital loan) account.

A proprietor of the firm can authorize his father to operate cash credit account by giving him a letter of authorization and also making sure that he submits such a letter of authorization in the bank where the proprietor holds the account.
