Dear Sir,
FIR is filed on 12.7.19 in above IPC sections.plz advice what a person can do in above sections?
Query:
if a person is ready to pay all the amount mentioned in FIR what is the process to do that?
if a person paid all the amount can FIR can be revoked or cancelled or it is mandatory to follow court processes.
plz guide
As the FIR has been lodged.
