Maine kisi se 100000 /- liye the without interest, aur cheque diya tha . Ab wo mujhse paise wapis maang rha h 5% interest ke Saath , Maine use 45000 /- bhi diye lekin wo usne byaj ke kaat liye. Mai kya Kru.?
aap khud mein civil ka mukadma kar sakte hain aur aap Uske khilaf usko Diya Diya Paisa Karenge Woh aapki khilaf 420 ki FIR kab aayega aur jo Rashi Baki bachi hai usko Bhi Nahi Dunga or jo interest usne galat tarike se vasula hai to be no dunga
