Clarification regarding Sarfaesi Act

I have defaulted in paying my home loan(2 emi) as i recently got to know that the property has some legal complications and i am unemployed from some time. The bank has classified my property as a NPA and issued statement of due amounts and pasted on the door. What are my options available? If the property is sold will i be entitled to any profit or is my entire investment waste
