why no discplinary action has been taken against my husband

i am legally wedded wife of my husband who is working as major in INDIAN ARMY , our marriage is solemnised on 30 october 2021 as per hindu rites, so my husband went to attend his duties on 19 october 2021, with taking me, with pressure from my family he finally took me with him on 20 december 2021 for 40 days and on january 29 2022 he dropped me in LEH airport and he left to jammu to pursue a course and from that day he never bothered to take me with him nor contacted me and left me to my fate . in month of june i came to knowledge that my husband is having illicit relationship with a women and even after our marriage he continued his relationship with her , we got hold of their intimate pictures, watsapp chats which revealed their illicit relationship, i complained to our unit ,AWWA , and northern command regarding his behaviour with all these evidences and i also forwarded the chargesheet filed against my husband by his illicit relationship u/s 376,377,420.. in 2020
