Want discharge on compassionate ground from IAF

Sir, I want discharge from IAF after completion of 16 yrs of service on compassionate grounds. I am the only son of my parents. My wife is a govt teacher & posted 400 kms far away from native home town with two 02 small kids. Parents r suffering with old age illness. There is no one to look after of them & ancestral house also.Plz guide for the discharge
