Hi, release from service is a policy matter and you may file a suitable writ in high court. On this issue, AFO are issued from time to time by Air Force. This does not allow airmen to apply for jobs in Group B.

First you can not apply for a job outside IAF once you are enrolled, without due permission. If you want a discharge on this ground it is most likely not going to happen. If you have com0leted your yenure of engagement you may not ask for extension and go out to join new job.
