Regarding grant of Disability pension
09-Dec-2024 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I am JWO AK JHA(Retd) from IAF, Hon"ble AFT , New Delhi has given order in favour of me to grant Disability pension in Mar 2024. However, on enquiry with DAV, PDCA & CAS,AF, they have send me a letter citing that they are planning to file a writ petition in Hon'ble Delhi High Court.
What should do as next course of action from my side.

Hello Mr. Jha. If that is the action they’re contemplating then you must quickly file a caveat before the high court. The other option that you have is to wait for them filing the writ. But if they’re just trying to delay the matter by citing such reasons, you can keep siting on their heads.

File a caveat in delhi High Court and when matter comes up you argue your prima facie case so in this way you may avoid facing defence for all these years. Challenge at the very beginning and if court issues Notice then at least make sure that no stay is granted to the Union in that case. Wish you luck. We may help you before High a court.
