Dismissal from Indian Air Force

I was working in Air Force as a Corporal. A case of rape was filed against me last year which is pending in civil court Bengalore. Air Force authorities have done their Departmental Enquiry and proved me guilty for the same offence. Then Air Force has dismissed me from Service. Is there any for me to get Reinstated in Service? What I have to do now? Please give me suggestions.

Secondly for this airforce can not dismiss you as the Air Force has no authority to do so.

you have to appeal against that departmental order and challange it as to why the same needs to quashed till disposal of the session court judgement or order. there are other reasons as well for appeal. you can be reinstated.
