Discharge Before Initial Engagement

I am have completed 15yrs of service in armed force. I am planning for premature discharge due to domestic problems. Firstly I need legal help in drafting my compassionate application. Secondly If I am not getting the discharge after submitting the application, I further need a legal support for approaching the court.

Hello sir, as per the army rule you reserve the right for discharge as well as compassionate retirement from service. As you have already completed 15 years of service therefore you Can apply and claim for discharge. Yes I can help you as our practice in AFT and Supreme Court for service matters and also having army background at witnessed a lot of army cases. yes will help you out in drafting the discharge application and if authority deny it the same can be challenged in AFT as the rules 13 is very clear on this issue and it's not res Integra. therefore don't worry.
