Disability Pension issue not mentioning my disability what to do

hi, My defence medical board is not mentioning my disabilities even when i am telling them that i have pain and my spine MRI is showing changes. What should i do? Where can i take another opinion from to counter them in the civil court?
File an appeal against the findings of the Medical Board. At the same time get yourself examined in a Govt. hospital and obtain a report and then file the same to the authorities through your CO. Thereafter you may move to Armed Forces Tribunal for an independent Medical Board.

If you have a genuine case which is not being heard, your remedy lies in approaching either the Armed Forces Tribunal or the Hon'ble High Court praying for constitution of a Review Medical Board to re-evaluate your condition.
