File an appeal against the findings of the Medical Board. At the same time get yourself examined in a Govt. hospital and obtain a report and then file the same to the authorities through your CO. Thereafter you may move to Armed Forces Tribunal for an independent Medical Board.

If you have a genuine case which is not being heard, your remedy lies in approaching either the Armed Forces Tribunal or the Hon'ble High Court praying for constitution of a Review Medical Board to re-evaluate your condition. Once you are before the Court you can plead your case by providing supporting documents from a reliable expert which in this case could be a Detailed Analysis of your condition conducted by a reputed Government or Private Hospital.

Hi, since you are serving in defence forces the correct procedure will be to write and application to higher authorities and then approach to AFT/HIGH COURT for direction to appropriate medical board.
