Can an officer be cashiered for fraudulently dating girl online via social media app while already being married? The episode was harmful to the girl's mental and physical health
Usually he is not being punished by the Unit in which he is posted because the accused usually take the criminal actions and set the criminal law in motion starting with the FIR. But if she resort’s to the other route like complaining to the Unit commander or other officer in charge of the unit, he can be suspended till further orders
