What to do if arbitrator is delaying decision in a land dispute case

my land is acquired by national highway and they give me compensation ,that was very less and not satisfactory, that why i appeal and requesting for increase my compensation as per new acquisition act 2013 .in pune arbitrator in pune vidhan bhavan ,but still arbitrator not giving any decision and giving reason of work load ect. what can i do , where i complaint against her , or what should i do ?

Hello, I understood your query. Firstly I would asked you about the appointment of arbitrator is the appointment done by the court or the appointment is done in the arbitary manner?? Secondly, the amount of time you have requested him to pass the decision is on record I precisely asked you about written request. If you are answering this both question I would be able to give you better solution.

Sir/madam .....you definitely give the compensation according to new land acquisition act 2013. ...why arbitrary not taken d decision... you should go into high court as well.if they are not taken seriously

It is one of the regular things that keep happening where Government is involved .There are remedies available but without knowing the stage of the matter ,it is difficult to advice.Better to appoint a good lawyer who can assist you in this case .
