How to file application in Lok adalat

Whom to apply for lok adalat.I am under litigation in Mumbai metropolitan court Andheri.section 324.452. What to do?
Lok Adalat is mainly for money or pitty(small) issues. Section 342- Punishment for wrongful confinement and section 452-House-trespass after preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint are crimes under IPC. Both this offences are cognizable, bailable and compoundable hence you can speak with the accused person and if accused is ready to withdraw the case else you will have to face trail before the Magistrate.
