Can phone tower be shut if mtlnl doesnt pay license fee

If telephone Mobie tower is erected on terrace of building but MTNL the licence has not paid the licence fee for a few months can the society shut the power to the towers & stop MTNL employees from accessing and servicing the tower

Yes for sure u can stop them from entering the premises for non payment of license fees and further we can serve them a legal notice for the claim of the fees. Need to know whether any agreement persist between the society and mtnl rest u can contact me for legal advice in person

hello,
that completely depends on the agreement. if the agreement has the provision of removing or obstructing the access of mobile tower in case of non payment then you can accordingly act. if not then you can give notice to consern department and after giving reasonable act in accordance.

No, you cannot. Termination of contract by proper legal notice is a must in such contract. To understand the remedy under contract, you need to peruse the contract and see the contractual terms on which mobile tower was erected. Please take appropriate legal advice before taking any action against the Licensee (MTNL).
