Hi, It all depends what the argument was all about? The content of the video has to be assessed. Mere argument and having opposing view points don’t amount any conduct contrary to the established laws. But if the person violated any provisions of the law, yes it may amount to an offence which could be complained to the police or tried before a court. Fee free to consult.
