My brother was caught on patna juction by the police carrying liquor when he was returning from kolkata.As it is known that liquor is banned in bihar so he is in jail now.So what should i do now for him to relief from jail.The police has imposed section 38 (b) on him.What should i do now.please help me regarding this.I live in muzaffarpur bihar.
It is less possible to get even regular bail at Sessions court at District court. But it is usually fair chance to get regular bail at Patna High court. of interested then contact Advocate at High Court.

you have to move for you have to move for bail under this provision first you have to move for bail in Civil Court after that you have to come in High Court calling tyre FIR and other seat after that I will suggest you better
