Mere bhai ke against pocso section 10 aur 12 aur section 354 b c d aur 506 aur it act me fake fir ki hai mgr uska koi bhi involvement nhi hai us case me uske against koi bhi proof nhi mile hai aur jiska main involvement tha usse arrest kar liya hai ab i.o ne section 41A ka bound sign karwaya hai mere bhai se aur usse chodh Diya to kya hme apn Bhai ke liye anticipatory file karni chahiye ya nhi chargesheet abhi file hui nhi hai
It’s better for you to apply for at least anticipatory bail because the chargesheet has not been filed yet. The police officials must have written your brother name irrespective of the fact that they have let you sign some bond.
