Procedure for anticipatory bail - police bribe

Hello, we have applied for an anticipatory bail and hearing was done today. We came to know from our lawyer that the police need to provide the report in next two days for us to get the bail. He says since we didn't bribe the police anticipatory bail will be delayed. What do we do to avoid this?
You need not pay any bribe since you applied for anticipatory bail and objection must be filed by public prosecutor as such need not worry if the offence are not serious in nature you Can get bail easily..

Nothing to worry. Just abscond till it is granted. If you are not available then poluce cannot do anything. Now they have knowledge of filing if anticipatory bail as such they may not dare to arrest you. Keep cool everything will be settled.

as per section 438 of cr.p.c.. need argument before order..so public prosecutor has to submits police dairy and medical or other documents to object.. for this being police report is essential..regarding bride. I didn't say anything..but court may give one or two opportunity to get police report ..some time police may busy in other activities..at that time furnishing of report may take time..
