My husband and in laws got bail in 498A case in civil court last year in December 2018...Can I appeal in high court now??
yes you can do it you can a approach nearest High Court for cancellation of bail through this you can put your in laws behind the bars . and you can also get direction from high court 2 finish the case in least time of period . so you can approach your nearest High Court to get sound in justice .

Yes you can surely go to the High Court...If you have strong evidences against them then they will be behind bars for sure...That order can be quashed...But I need more information to understand your case...as it is a serious case of 498A...please contact me for further information...
