Mere bhai 307, 498a ke fake case mai police ne 17 march ko arreste kiya hai. 31 march bail ki date mili thi lekin lockdown ki bajah se court band hai jiski bajah se bail nahi ho rahi .. mere bhai ka case aligarh court mai hai . Mere bhai ko bail kab tak or kaise ho sakti hai?

ab district courts main pending bail application decide ho rahi hain 22 may se sabhi district court karya karengi aap apni bail lagayen aur us par order karvaye. yadi bail district court se kharij hoti hai to Allahabad High court se hogi.
