हां आप जब चाहें जमानत वापस ले सकते हैं, जमानत वापस लेने पर उस व्यक्ति को कोई दूसरी जमानत लगानी पड़ेगी नहीं तो वो जेल चला जाएगा , जमानत वापस लेने के लिए आप न्यायालय में प्रार्थना पत्र लगाएं कोर्ट दूसरी जमानत लेकर आपकी जमनत काट दगी
