Hi! Your question not clear and haven't revealed much facts of the case. However, there will be no effect on govt job until or unless the accused is proclaimed as guilty by trial court or in case, if he has been arrested and have been kept in police custody to certain time then it could affect govt job But in normal, no effect to govt job however depends upon the facts. Bail is dependent upon the facts and figures of case. You haven't mentioned any fact of case. Without any facts, how can we advise..? Request you to consult personally for earliest possible solution. Once aperson is admitted to bail and after that police enhance the fir and add more sections of ipc in the fir it is not mandatory to file a bail application again.. but if second fir is registered against the same accused then the bail is must..
