Indian Penal Code 379-B,411,399,402,473,\nUnlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 16,17,18,18B\nArms Act 25\nPrisons Act 52A\nMy friend has been in jail since 3 years. His group was arrested with all these acts. The lawyers said when the main accused will get bail then it will be easy for him to get the bail. As per lawyer the uapa applied is false and it will get removed easily and bail will be granted. But the thing is its been 3 years and i am not sure when he will be out. Please guide

Q: sex on behalf of false marriadge promise

actually i want to file private complaint against the boy who sexually abuse me on behalf of a false promise of marriage but i dont have the medical examination because at that time i dont know to do the test and not at that situation to go hospital .. and police does not take any action agsinst the boy only write a ddr not registering f.i.r and also not investigating ...so i just need to know that in this case medical is necessary ?

file rape case against him doesn't matter medical ground medical checkup can be done after FIR also, contact any lawyer and file suit under section 156 subsection 3 CRPC Court court will give order to register FIR and SHO and by order of court they will register FIR compulsorily

Q: Fraud Case by ASI Punjab police and woskhop

Dear Sir,One ASI in Punjab Police taken 1.5 lakhs and given me security as a vehcile. but one day that person taken security vehicle from workshop as car was some starting issues. He has done fraud with me , I have Car RC and pollution certificates and even Security Cheque and white paper signed as security document. Local Police is doing nothing. I have already files cheque bounce case against that ASI. I dont have much money to fight and give bribe to Police. Please help me.
