Hello,

If only your husband and your in-laws were in custody then they are entitled to Default Bail if the Chargesheet is not filed within 90 days, but that too from Court only.

The sections under which they are booked is non-bailable and the Police can not give bail. Please move to the Court if anything like that has happened.

You should go for anticipatory bail you are protected with the citation Arnesh Kumar versus state of Bihar by Supreme Court. First you should apply anticipatory bail of your parents . If IO gives you protection from arrest than nothing like it , Ask him to file chargesheet aa early as possible

Automatically bail grant nahi hoti hai. Isle liye proper procedure se bail leni hoti hai. Dsp me arrest issue kia hai toh charge sheet pe arrest honge.

Please feel free to reach out for further assistance
