I am Chandan Goswami from Dhanbad Jharkhand now our anticepatry bail is rejected from jharkhand High Court so want regrading file anticepatry bail for Supreme Court..

Yes bail can be filed before the supreme court. Kindly share all the documents pertaining to your case. Documents require a copy of FIR, orders, petitions and any other document pertaining to the case. You are requested to detailed the facts for consideration.

Yes you can file anticipatory bail application before the SC. Due to the lockdown SC is functioning vide video conferencing and only taking up urgent matters. Anticipatory bail comes under urgent matter so your case will be listed. However to file an application before supreme court, entire documents chronologically are required, certified copies of the documents are preferred but can be exempted. I don't know what your matter is, but it appears to be serious as HC has also rejected your application. However due to covid-19 courts are lenient in granting bail to prevent overcrowding in jails.
