False Dowry Case File In Police Station

One of my marriage last 8 th months back, but wife file false dowry case in police station to owl families totally 8 members including (married sisters).. Already FIR done in police station ...what next steps also bail amount?? Please explain details but he working in private sector organizations... Also wife working in government job...also sister working in government job ...so any problems in jobs for in this FIR
You need to apply for anticipatory bail fees will depend on the lawyer you appoint... Also you need to adhere to conditions imposed in bail by the district Court... No problems will occur in job unless convicted...

Normally there will no problems if FIR is lodged as it being a family dispute...It is better to obtain anticipatory bail...In the meanwhile approch High Court under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code and get stay on the further investigation on the alleged FIR which gives protection in respect of continuing employment by the husband...
