sir i want to ask in a fight my name is there as doubt and the case is breaking the leg of other person using sticks so sir what can be the ipc sections imposed and what will be the bail procedure and expense
Yes if your name is there then you are also an accused. In cases of breaking a leg mostly police registers FIR under section 307 IPC which is attempt to murder along with other section like 323,506,504 IPC etc. Yes it is advisable to take anticipatory bail if 307 IPC has been put in the FIR because police can then arrest you anytime. My question is has an FIR been registered against you, if yes then kindly provide the FIR number and Police station so that copy of FIR can be found.

Fir the FIR has been registered and apprehension is there qua your arrest with respect to the stated facts and section 41A notice. Then you should immediately move under 438 for anticipatory bail.
