Can I proceed both Application ABA in Session court and Quashing of 498a FIR same time with different lawyer or
I have to get bail first then
Submit for Quahsing
u have to get bail first and then only u can proceed for the wuashing of fir till then u cannot file quashing moreover anticipatory bail will be applied in sessions court whereas the quashing of fir is to be applied in the high court of bombay

Ideally you must first secure bail and then you may go for quashing of FIR. It won't matter how many lawyers you engage or just engage one lawyer to conduct both proceedings. The High Court would expect you to first secure bail and then hear your application for quadhing of FIR.
