Anticipatory Bail procedure for multiple FIR.

22-Feb-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
Hello sir/mam, what is the procedure for getting AB when 2-3 different FIR 's have been filed against some one? Should they apply for bail individually for those 3 cases or apply for bail having 3 cases combined in a single application?

you have to apply Anticipatory bail to concern district court in all three cases separately as you cannot file single bail petition for all cases. you contact local advocate for bail in all three cases

Dear Sir
Such questions are and instances are rare. It is in practice that you have to file you have file in the Sessions Court and if two or more comes within such Sessions Division then he has power. Better approach High Court seeking single order if all FIRs are registered in one State.

Dear sir
As per your query, Accused has to apply different criminal miscilinious petition under section 438 of Code of Criminal procedure seeking anticipatory bail before jurisdiction Sessions court or High Court.
Accused can not file one petition seeking anticipatory bail for different FIR. HR has to file individual petition before jurisdictional Sessions court or High court.
