Hello,sir meri bhabhi ne meri puri family par 498A lgya hai its totally a false case,abhi mediation ho raha to hum anticipatory bail ke liye kab apply kare or kya anticipatory bail mil jayegi....plz help us......
Jis din se aapke khilaf FIR Kati hai use din se aap anticipatory bill ke liye apply kar sakte hain Ho Jaati Hai To theek Nahin Hoti to uska karja Lekar mananiy Highcourt mein jakar Dal sakte hain FIR quash karane ke liye Ja sakte hain

agar aap par usne case kar diya hai to aap ko mediation ke liye bulaya jaayega. agar mediation fail ho gaya to phr aap arrest ho sakte hain isiliye aap ko anticipatory bail application file karne le liye prepared rahiye baaki fir kab hui hai aur kya progress gai woh bataiye.

According to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code ( CrPC ) anticipatory bail has to be file when any FIR registered against any person who want to get anticipatory bail or there is apprehension of arrest by the police to that person. in your case it is only a mediation proceedings are going on.
