About fails FIR against my two brothers and two our servants

One neighborhood lady unlawfully registered FIR against my two brother and our servant. In FIR sec 452 354 504 506 register against him. Then we apply for anticipatory bail in session court but session court denied to get bail for my brothers and they give bail to our servant. Then what is next step we take? And what is the procedure after my brother surrendered to police then when bail will grant? Because these neighbor lady unlawfully registered complete against him and he is not guilty... Please suggest me best....
Your brothers have an option of filing anticipatory bail application to the High court after rejection of your brothers application by sessions court. Or they can surrender to police station and police will bring them to regular court where they can file for bail after their police custody is converted to judicial custody Or they can surrender in the regular court as well.
