If the police don’t have any proof regarding her involvement then they can’t touch her. And if she is facing harassment then she can always send a complaint in writing to the higher authorities including the CP, Delhi. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

on the one side you're saying she was arrested and the police are asking for money to release her on the other hand you're saying she is not in jail.
please be clear about the exact scenario.
how come did the police arrest her without any proof? there must be some evidence against her on the basis of which the police officials made the arrest.

if there is no fir against her ... then police can't arrest her ... also if there is no proof then her case becomes more strong that she will be released from jail. if police asking money then her case becomes more strong

In this case we need more facts that what kind of proof does police officer have regarding that girl l’s involvement into prostitution ….secondly if you think that police have not produced the girl in the court within 24 hours then it itself is an offence because police is bound to produce every accused to the concerned magistrate within 24 hours ..so you have to immediately hire an advocate to file a complaint to the concerned police station that XYZ girl has been arrested and police officer is not even telling where exactly she…plz b in touch

There are so many judgement from the higher courts in such cases that the female may not be arrested so firstly we have to go through the FIR.
But in this case she will get bail
