Q: Validity of divorce decree by is court in india

My daughter was married in delhi in2020. She went to USA on h4 visa. Later she obtained F1 visa. Her married life was never smooth despite professional counselling . She is staying separately since June 2023 and got a us divorce degree , by consent , in USA . Is the divorce decree valid in India under Hindu marriage act ? Or can she go for execution of us decree in India ?

The validity of a divorce decree granted by a U.S. court for an Indian citizen in India depends on several factors.The U.S. court must have had jurisdiction in accordance with Indian law principles – not merely U.S. law. Q: Legal opinion please on dispute with bank regarding moveable asset

I am an NRI and the executrix and sole heir for my mothers will and codocil. Both my father and brother predeceased my mother and there are no other family members. My brother was married and has a child. I was the nominee on the mother account which the bank recognized and transferred into my name. The FD that was created from the mother account has no nomination attached to it according to the bank. I have provided all requested documentation (affidavit and surety) for the FD account, however, the bank has rejected my claim now sighting succession. How would you suggest I proceed as the sole heir to rightfully claim the FD account as per my mothers will and codicil?

Hi, I want to discuss my case of Germany family reunion visa. I am about to get appointment to submit documentation but I have a question before that. Me and my wife did a hasty marriage in arya samaj mandir with my parents present as witness and then we registered this marriage with marriage registrar and got certificate. We had our main wedding 2 months later after registered marriage. In case of Germany family reunion visa the photographs are very important for the embassy otherwise they do marriage verification. nMy question is should I tell visa officer that we did marriage ceremony 2 times. 1 for visa purpose and 2 for our family and parents purpose and then show them images of both events so that they trust our marriage.

Can we send legal notice reg 'No future engagements will be done' from both sides after future engagements were called off on phone from our side? Please suggest as it is being considered as a necessary document by the new family ( be it a formality) and for me to move on in life.
