i filed a revision in the session court of PHC to set aside the summoning order of 498a , i filed the revision on various ground like - i had faced the trial on same alligation in the competent jurisdiction and no cause of action in Delhi jurisdiction hence magistrate can not take cognizance again. malicious intent, huge demand and threatened to file a case recording transcript. police reports just say misunderstanding. budget is 3 to 4k for the argument
