Q: What to do i have faced domestic violence and harassment

Hi I'm a 26 year old female, I was work in a top IT firm with good salary, my husband was a drunk and harassed me everyday for 4 years, I was too afraid to tell my parents cause they would force me to go back. I fell in love with a man a work, he's divorced and wants to marry me. My husband got to know about this beat me up, made me quit my job abandoned me and threw me at my parents place without any of my assets or belongings, my husband and my parents have been torturing me for months, however now he has agreed for a mutual consent divorce, but my parents are not letting me file for the same. They beat me up and mentally torture me everyday and call me names. My legal documents everything is at my husband's place, he said he'll give it to me after I divorce him without any hassles. I'm stuck from both ends. They have locked me up, neither letting me do a job nor be myself. Can you please suggest, how I can go about this legally, so that I can get my life back on track, I'm suicidal

Q: What to do police filed a case for drunk driving

Actually me and my friend was coming on highways in pulsar bike at night 12.30 suddenly one car came to us from back side in fear we have taken left but we felt in left side of road with small injuries.... After wake up about 30 meteres one old man felt in road.... After some people who's coming on road that people called to ambulance they shifter us to hospital ....after treatment we returned home morning and we asked about bike.... In my home they told that ur bike is in police station...... I visited police station to collect bike they enquiry about everything card and dl and insurance I told everything is there... Then he told to come afternoon.... Then I visited on afternoon he gave fir that I made accident under 304 a section.... I told u didn't did this... Then he explains nothing will happen for u.... Only to claim insurance that he told.... I was consumed alcohol on that even in hospital they given same report..... Please tell me what will happen in my case

see if F.I.R filed means the first information recorded as you said police station so you nothing worry about the matter now because the legal procedure is take time and they have to prove that you done 304A. so contact me for the next steps.

See in your certificates where there 100% mentioned as S/o so and so that is enough to prove as you are the son. you have 100% property share if the property is came from ancestral. no problem on on the title of son.

if the property is directly purchased from u r father then u must challenge the property in court u can get - of u r not challenge means you can getand for the second note if property is ur ancestral means 100% rights over the property.
