Q: One lady made a video of my belongings and published in Whatsapp group
During my workout session, while I was in between my exercise schedule, my aforementioned articles were kept outside the bag and were being used by me. At this point, without my knowledge or consent, a lady took certain photographs and videos of my articles and posted on Whatsapp group of the ladies of the Society and made libelous remarks against me on the said group. nA few years back, a similar incident had occurred in the Gymnasium she made snide remarks against me during my exercise session and same thing happened on 18th February 2022. nCan I sue her for defamation and harrasment?
