Q: Suicide threat by my wife & I don't want to live with her
I am from the Hindu religion. I married on Dec. 2019 & after marriage, I found that my wife has some physical issues. She was not able to control her anger & she fights for small things. After we consult by one physiatrist in Faridabad. After the treatment, she was fine for some time but she always try to give me suicide threats directly & indirectly. One day she left the home in anger because I had to go to an office party. After some time I left my home for her & we both shifted to Faridabad from Delhi.Now she is giving direct threats to me that she will do suicide when I'll go to the office & she is also preparing false notes against my family.For the last 1 month, my sister blocked me due to her false allegations & my brother is also not talking with me.I neither drink alcohol nor do I smoke cigarettes. What can I do now? I can't face her loss but I can't live along with her.

Q: How to save us fake DV Act, 498A & 376
Please find below my case history for your advice:Date (May -21) - 1st My wife had file sec 323 – 34 & 506 against me & my brother & mother.Then we have taken the anticipatory bail on (323 – 34 & 506)Date (July -21) - 2nd She filed DV act on me & My family including my married sisters excluding one brother. Date (July -21) - After one month, she filed sec – 125 and demanded 25 lakh (They spent on marriage around 2 to 2.5 Lacs Maximum)Date (Aug -21) - Then I have filed sec-9 Case .Then she filed again file 498A on my complete family & put sec 376 on my brother (which was expected in last cases. He is doing job out of town far from our residence and never met her from last 1 year) Please note that she left our residence on May-21 & staying with her mother home till date.My whole family is being harassed by putting fake cases against my family like sec 376. We are being harassed continuously. Kindly advise because our lawyer is misguiding us continuously taken money to settle case

Dear Sir, My son who is an IT Engineer in MNC had got married last year in month Dec.2020. Before five months dispute occured between the couples & wife of my son filed the case in court vide complaint titling 125 CRPC claiming monthly maintenance of Rs.50000/= per month although she possess MASTER DEGREE IN PSHYIOTHERIPIST & is doing service in a big company with salary of Rs.20000/= per month. She has flat in her name worth Rs.600000/=. Till today both couples have no kids. Whether she is entitled for Maintenance or not & if yes then how much should be the maintenance.
