Q: I want to adapt Rahul Masurkar gv juwsB shihbAPNBXBPxb
I want to adapt Rohot Masurkar gv juwsB shihbAPNBXBPxb anu legal gier advice
Advocate Vinay Singh answered
Agar aap Rohit Masurkar ko adopt (legal adoption) karna chahte hain, to Indian law ke hisaab se kisi bhi adult (18 saal se upar) vyakti ko aam taur par adopt nahi kiya ja sakta; adoption zyada tar minor child ke liye hota hai, jaise ki Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act ya phir Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) ke process ke through. Agar dono parties adult hain to adoption legally possible nahi hota, lekin aap chahein to will (vasiyat) ya gift deed ke through property ya legal rights transfer kar sakte hain; iske liye proper legal documentation aur registration zaroori hota hai

Advocate Vinay Singh answered
Agar koi nabalik ladka kisi nabalik ladki ke private area, buttocks ya lower body ko jaan-boojhkar (intentionally) touch ya rub karta hai, to yeh POCSO Act, 2012 ke tahat sexual assault ya sexual harassment ka crime banta hai kyunki kanoon me nabaligon ke beech bhi aise sexual touch ko apradh maana jata hai.
Q: Matter of abusing of younger brother and his wife and threatening
Today my younger brother and his wife threats and abuses me as well as my my wife and children and this is not happen a single time they always creates issue every day please suggest something to get rid of this matter.
Advocate Vinay Singh answered
continuous threats, verbal abuse, and harassment by your younger brother and his wife towards you, your wife, and minor children constitute a cognizable offence if it involves criminal intimidation, mental cruelty, or breach of peace. Since this conduct is repetitive and habitual, you should first document all incidents dates, words used, witnesses, audio/video and lodge a written complaint with the local police under appropriate sections such as criminal intimidation, intentional insult, and harassment. If the police fail to act, you have the legal remedy to approach the Superintendent of Police or file a private complaint before the Magistrate seeking directions for registration of FIR

Q: No offer letter no PF forcing for worn and blaming business loss
company has illegally withheld my salary for June and July 2025.""This company has committed a statutory violation by not providing a Provident Fund account for over two years, as required by the EPF Act, 1952.""This company has failed to provide mandatory employment documents, including an offer letter and salary slips.
Advocate Vinay Singh answered
company’s actions amount to clear violations of labour and statutory laws. Withholding your salary for June and July 2025 without justification is illegal under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act. Furthermore, the failure to provide you with a Provident Fund account for over two years is a direct contravention of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. Additionally, not issuing essential employment documents such as an offer letter and salary slips also indicates non-compliance with statutory requirements under the Shops and Establishments Act. You may file a formal written complaint before the Labour Commissioner or approach the Regional PF Office for the PF violation. If the salary continues to remain unpaid, you can also take legal action before the Labour Court or the appropriate authority seeking recovery of dues along with penalties and interest.
